Presented by Performance Coach and Kinesiologist George Harris, this programme focuses on eliminating specific learning and performance blocks that stop your staff being more productive. The benefits of this programme are improvements in stress resilience, health, well-being and job satisfaction. Here's why:

There are two big reasons why people don't achieve their full potential:

1) They have habits that stifle performance.

2) They don't learn in a way that is best for them.

With this programme we show people how to learn effectively (this means making their learning fun, stress free and specific to their individual learning styles), and develop new habits that enhance, not stifle, performance.

The Programme

Learning M.O.T

Establish a learning base; theory, state dependant learning, practice of exercises, knowing your base state, knowing what peak performance means

Benefits: develop ability to change state, improved learning ability

Fine Tuning

Establish current abilities; recognise current learning and performance blocks, notice how they affect performance, setting goals for future performance

Benefits: discover where you are currently under achieving, set agenda for the future

Removing the Brakes*

Establish a practice; apply exercises to blocks, test for improvement in performance.

Benefits: Enhanced performance, greater productivity, sense of satisfaction

*Note, this part is minimum of 4 hours, and more time can be used, giving more time for completion of exercises, which gives greater performance increases.

How long does each take, and how much will it cost?

Learning MOT: 3 Hours, £400

Fine Tuning: 2 Hours, £300

Removing the Brakes: 4 Hours, £500
